Yeah, you're definitely going to need to buy a base license for every separate server you install OD 5 base on. Count your stars they don't change per CPU.

Yes - there are license fees associated with each Base Server and each Receiver (actually, Receivers might come in "bundles", not sure) - just like most any other piece of commercial software, you buy it for a specific machine - if you want to use it on more than one machine you buy more than one license. If you're going to need a lot of them, you find out what kind of alternatives there are to single-copy purchases.

I know we have at least one customer with a site-wide license for OpenDeploy because they needed to install it on a lot of machines in their overall network.

As suggested though - licensing issues should be taken up with your Interwoven Sales Representative.
