chrisp

i've downloaded the trial Interactive Viewer and it looks great! can you advise how i can integrate it into our existing BIRT reports created within Eclipse BIRT report designer? do i have to add any plugins or is there any documentation that can show me how to proceed?

Hi chrisp,<br />
<br />
The <a class='bbc_url' href='
http://www.birt-exchange.com/be/products/birt-report-viewers/actuate-interactive-viewer/features/'>Actuate
Interactive Viewer</a> is available as a seperate WAR file installation... or through the iServer Express.<br />
<br />
In either case, once you install either product, you can integrate the Interactive Viewer through URLs... and either version will run your Eclipse BIRT report designs.<br />
<br />
If you downloaded the iServer Express and want to get started with it, then try this getting started guide at <a class='bbc_url' href='
http://www.birt-exchange.org/wiki/GSG:Getting_Started_with_iServer_Express/'>Getting
Started with iServer Express - BIRT Wiki - BIRT Exchange</a><br />
<br />
If you downloaded the Interactive Viewer as part of the Actuate Java Components, then try this getting started guide at <a class='bbc_url' href='
http://www.birt-exchange.org/wiki/GSG:Getting_Started_with_Actuate_BIRT_Viewers/'>GSG:Getting
Started with Actuate BIRT Viewers - BIRT Wiki - BIRT Exchange</a>
