problem with org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc

Hello,
I am trying to design birt report using java code. I am following DerbySampleDE.java Example. But When I ran this code in my environment, i am facing problem to add own datasource. I am using sql server 2005 database and maximo driver and url. I am getting null value of OdaDataSourceHandle . I am also getting a warning (WARNING: The value of the structure is null). I didn't get org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc package .

Please Help me.
