How do i create live scrollable charts with BIRT

Hi ,

I'm new here so if this message is not for this forum please feel free to yell at me.
I'm trying to create a live BarChart using BIRT. The chart has time on the xaxis and some utilization data on the y-axis. So as time passes the chart 'grows'. I want to put this is in a scrollable window and im just not able to figure out how. Currently my canvas gets updated periodically and the chart gets refreshed with the current data but with all bars fit into the canvas so it begins to look cluttered after some time.

I can post the code if needed.
I have been struggling with this for a while now so any help will be really really appreciated. Thanks!
