I am getting the error "$NO-RB$ Could not find the Framework - [Ljava.lang.Object;
@13c013c0" when trying to load the birt engine on Websphere 6.1. The same thing loads fine on Eclipse. Is there any particular setting required for Websphere to run BIRT?
