GlassFish Birt Issue

I am calling a WebService to retrieve my data for my Reports. I have deployed this to Tomcat 5 and this works fine, but when I attempt to deploy this to Glassfish v2 I receive the following error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: interface com.sun.xml.ws.developer.WSBindingProvider is not visible from class loader
Cany anyone point me in the right direction?
