Birt Issue

Good Morning,

Someone can help me with this issue with the Birt.

I have oracle enterpise server in Linix, and the Birt is in win 2003 srv with OAS, the ERP is in PHP, somethimes, every month, when the users try to get a report, the can´t, appears this error: org.eclipse.birt.report.service.api.reportserviceexception error happened while running the report.; nested exeption es:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/w3c/tidy/Tidy , and the only thing that i can do is delete the cockies and try againg to get the report.

Do you know what happend? and what can i do??

What version of BIRT are you using? There was another thread where users had the same error message located at the link below... Maybe their solution will fix the problem for you too.<br />
