Cant startup the OSGI framework

Hi all,

When trying to generate reports in a server application, i keep getting these error msg's. I did not write the program and the support for it has been sub-par so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You wouldn't happen to have the code for this, would you? It looks like either the BIRT_HOME variable isn't set correctly, or the platform is not being initialized correctly.
