TeamSite 5.5 eventsubsystem not updating database i.e $iwhome/eventsubsystem/events.db . Updated $iwhome/etc/iw.cfg with
[event_subsystem]
es_enable=true
es_host=localhost
es_port=8080
es_proxyservlet=/iw/eventsubsystem/jmsProxy
updated $iwhome/eventsubystem/conf/jmsconfig.xml with a new topic subscriber. Checked windows services
it is running as a service in windows services.

Configuring EventSubsystem with events.db is not supported. You have to configure EventSubsystem with a RDBMS. For more information please refer the DataDeploy Admin manual.
