How to get data from csv file to design pie chart

hi friends
iam very new to birt i want to design pie chart through csv file the requirement is iam having one csv file in that so many duplicate records is there through birt function i want to calculate the all dupllicate records value and i want to get top 14 records and remainig will be others in the pie chart that to for some records there is space so iwant to trim and i want calculate.
plase help me as early as possible frnds

So, you want the top 14 of these by "Count" in a pie chart, nothing else? No grouping of like "Series_Desc"?

ya willaims but to calculate the top 14 and 15th one is others i want to use birt functions
