It should be available by default in the webdesk interface.

Check iw.cfg (/etc/iw.cfg in solaris & IWHOME/etc/iw.cfg in windows) to see if its been disabled.

I think its role based so it should be the same.

Unfortunately - this is one of those improvements that was made in the new WebDesk (like Author's being able to lock/unlock files) that did *not* make its way back into WebDeskPro.

You will either have to create a custom menu for it, register a request with Support to try to get a patch generated for it, or wait until TeamSite 6 is released and upgrade to the new UIs.

I'm not happy about this answer - but I believe it to be accurate at this time - sorry.
