Cascading Parameter Group Default Selection

Hi,

I was just playing with the cascading parameter group for the first time but soon came to a problem...

I use a scripted DSet for a mapping of default values. When the user selects the first parameter, the first element for the second parameter should be selected by default. In addition the user may enter any value by himself.

For example:
Param1: Value1 --> default value: 20
Param1: Value2 --> default value: 60

But how can I achieve the automatic selection of the first entry? When I choose List-Box the first element is selected but then the user is not allowed to enter a value by himself. When I use combobox nothing is selected per default.

Or do you have any other solution to set default values to parameters based on the selection of another parameter?
