Data Set execution order feature in Actuate 10 SP1?

On page 6 it describes a new feature that allows you to determine the execution order of queries by assigning execution priority numbers to data sets. There's a screenshot of a "Data Set Properties" dialog, but no mention of how to open it. 
 
I've dug through the Actuate 10 SP1 designer and found nothing like this. Was this feature actually implemented, and if so, does anyone know where I can find it? This would be very useful.
