Date Format Needed

Hi everyone,

I am new to BIRT and I have date time field containing values like "20 Jan 1983 13:34:00", From this date time field i need to extract only "Jan 83". Which function should I use please help me ASAP.

Hi bobj123,

If it's in a data element, you should be able to go to the format datetime section on the property editor for the data element and enter the custom format code of MMM yy.
