Excel Ouput Row Visiblity

I have a row of items (a data set value and a text label) that may or may not be visible depending on the value of the label. What I want to know is how to get rid of the row in the excel output if the values are not visible.

What I get now is

Data
Label

---

Data
Blank Row (Row that was set to be invisible)
Label
