Fatal Error Occurred while starting Up Report Engine

When I am trying to view my report in a jsp i am getting this error: Fatal Error Occurred while starting Up Report Engine

Please help me resolve it.

Hi anir,

Have you deployed the BIRT Viewer? ...using the JSP tags?... or using the BIRT Engine APIs?... and what environment are you deploying to?

Yes I have deployed the BIRT Viewer and I am using the jsp iframe tag in the local Tomcat 4.1.31 deployment. I have a earlier version of birt-viewer folder which is working fine but the latest version is not working and giving this Fatal error
