Aggregates on group (usage question)

Usage question:

When I create a group - if I want a total in the table footer do I need to use insert an aggregation on each column manually or is there some way to "auto aggregate" all the columns in my group?

I believe you'll have to insert an aggregation of each column you want one. You could request an enhancement for a feature like this at <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/reportabug.php'>BIRT: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a> and see what they say.

I wonder if this is something others have asked about? Anyone else think this is a good idea?

If you group by XX column - report designer can optionally ask you if you want aggregates on all the "number" columns in that table.

I will request as an enhancement I think.
