Create Properties at Runtime

Hi.

i'd like to do the following:
The birt report should be internationalized but not with fixed properties files for each language but created on runtime while the texts for the table labels are coming out of the database.

How can this be done? Is it possible to overwrite the class that is responsible for loading the properties files?
