Change connection profile properties dynamically

Hi,

I'm trying to externalize the database config and username password from connection profile. Before open the connection, the program will read the db config and set to the profile base properties below:
1. org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.db.username
2. org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.db.databaseName
3. org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.db.password
4. org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.db.URL

Would anyone help me on how to do this?
