hi,
I have created a report in which i have put the below code in the text element of a table. the code works fine for the values such as 2000, 3000 etc.. but if the value is like MC00, 9B00 then the onclick event is not fired in the page.

when i check in the dubugger of crome.. i get the following error...

Resource interpreted as other but transferred with MIME type image/gif.
Refused to set unsafe header "Connection"
XHR finished loading: "http://10.28.32.31:8080/birt-viewer/frameset?__report=salessis_company.rptdesign&__sessionId=20200824_204219_765".
framesetResource interpreted as other but transferred with MIME type text/xml.
frameset:2Uncaught ReferenceError: MC00 is not defined
frameset:2Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL

i dont really understand whats is the probelem.
please help me if you know this.

Hi Ramakrishna,

At first glance, it sounds like it might have something to do with the difference between integers like 2000 and 3000 and the strings like MC00. How the values are being handled in your code. Can you reproduce this error with a .csv file and a sample report so I can see what you're getting?

Actaully i am tring to build multi-path drill down. so i ahve created script that will pop-up DIV with options of different paths. the code is as below.

I have attcahed the report, and all the values are supposed to be String. i am taking these values from the Databse in which they are Strings including 2000, 1000 etc.

If you could create a simplified version of this with the sample database or a flat file database that messes up, so I can actually run the report to try to debug, that'd be great.
