Cascading Parameter

My problem is i have two dropdown. In first dropdown i have default value
SELECTALL and in second dropdown also i have the same default vaue SELECTALL.
problem is if i select other values other than SELECTALL and then come back to SELECTALL option of first dropdown then second dropdrop box SELECTALL default value is not showing....

But when I used the solution in the mentioned URL its shown up error "Cannot find function join" .<br />

Please provide some inputs
