OpenDeploy 5.5.1 Receiver crashes

Not exactly how to phrase this, but we have an issue with our OPenDeploy 5.5.1 receiver on Windows. It seems that the receiver crashes when a file named Home.asp is deployed. I also saw this issue with a file named home.htm that had been edited in FrontPage. When I edited the file in a text editor, it deployed flawlessly. However I had someone try and prove this out by editing the file in FrontPage and it still deployed fine. HAs anyone seen this issue or a similar issue that can offer any help?

I don't have any answer for you right now, but I've got a bunch of questions:

Have you looked for any information in any of the log files?

Are you running 5.5.1, 5.5.1 SP1, or 5.5.1 SP2?

If running with a service pack installed - is the same service pack installed on both Base Server and Receiver?

Does the Receiver actually crash - or does the deployment just fail?

What version of Windows is the Receiver running on? (NT, 2000, ?) with what service packs and/or hot-fixes applied?

Is IIS running on the Receiver? If so - what version?
