No table details shown in report
Sgrisket
Hi, I'm new in this forum and I'm a new user of BIRT too.
I have a problem with a BIRT report: it works absolutely fine when I preview it in Eclipse (even in PDF and HTML format), but when I run it from Maximo (after having succesfully imported it in), I can see both Header and footer of a table, but no details are shown.
Can somebody give me an explanation for this?
Tank you.

I too am facing the same problem.
Did you find a solution?

I recreated the table from scratch. This did the trick.

This usually has to do with trying to add fields from other datasets to an existing table.
Tables allow only one dataset and should prevent you from using multiple datasets on one table.
I've ran into this problem before and it was due to having invalid data bound to an existing table. Check your bindings on all tables when this happens:
Select the Entire table.
Then Click Binding tab.
Check to make sure you have no extra bindings than what is in the table, in other words, make sure your bindings match the fields in the table.
