Calling data of one dataset from another dataSet

How can I pass a value from one dataSet to another dataSet.

In open method of one dataset is it possible to open another dataSet..

Actually i have to fetch the values from a column 3 times with 3 different where conditions and they have to be displayed as 3 different fields in report.

Is it possible to use 2 queries in an open method??

Or any suggestions for this case??
