BIRT a newbies experience!

I recently learned of the existence of Eclipse and BIRT at a Maximo user group meeting and decided to "have a go". I was able to download all the required components and get them installed and operational, write a couple of reports and publish them to a remote web browser in a single day.<br />

I decided to write about my experiences and have a short pdf available to anyone who is interested, plus I will be publishing more detailed articles on exactly how I did it soon.<br />

You should submit your PDF to the DevShare area of BIRT Exchange if you think it will be helpful for others who are using BIRT with Maximo... and it also puts you into a contest held each month for submitting anything useful into the DevShare.
