Printing envelopes

Hi All, first post so be gentle

BIRT v2.5

I need to print envelopes from the integrated web viewer which is running on Tomcat 6.

The PDF is created without a problem but the printer is refusing to print from the envelope tray. Is there some way to contain this information with the report?

If you can, please tell me how this can be done? Or am I going in the wrong direction with this?

Hi Barry,

So, your problem comes when you press the print button from your PDF viewer? (adobe, etc.)
