showParameterPage --> BIRT Viewer

Hello,

I have couple JSP's which use <birt:viewer showparameterpage=false>. The parameters are passed automatically by application. This works when i display the JSP having the above viewer tag. However when i do an export report, the default parameter page is getting displayed and the user is forced to enter the params again...Any idea what could be the problem?
