Page-Level Security - requires grouping?

Hi,

After seeing the webinar and associated devshare example regarding page-level security it seems that PLS requires there be grouping on the data column which you activate security on - is this true?

Grouping is one way to apply security, but you can also apply it at other levels in the report as well. Including at the report level, table level, grids, etc.
