I am getting the following error "File encoding is unsupported" when I create a new opendeploy deployment script. Any Suggestion on how to overcome this problem ?

What version of OpenDeploy?
What platform?
Where does this error occur?
Can you post (as an tar'd/zip'd attachment) the deployment configuration file and associated log files?
When you say "deployment script" - do you mean a deployment configuration or some wrapper script that you use to launch a deployment? If the latter - post that as an attachment too.
