Regarding charts

I am using birt 2.3.1 free version.

I need know that using this version its possible to develop dash boards and charts with flash and customized design

if its possible give me some samples.

You'll be able to develop dashboards, however, the flash charting capablility is a part of Actuate BIRT.<br />
