how to export data in to csv in crosstab reports

I am using birt 2.3 version. I am unable to export the data in to csv format in crosstab report. Please provide the solution for the same. It’s very need full please help me.

Crosstabs don't show up in the available export data when chosen from the birt viewer. I'm not sure if the csv emitter has the ability to do this or not, that's why I attached the link showing how to set that up, so you can give it a try. If you've done so and it doesn't work, I'm not sure if there is a way to do it.
