PDF Font Size problem

When I print my report in the PDF format, the font size must be about a 2. All other print formats, i.e. doc, html, etc. print fine. Why is the PDF format shrinking the font size so small?

Hi jjkky01,

You're using 2.2.2, which in PDF had an issue of trying to fit to the page in a way that everything was made to be very small. This is what I was getting at in the other thread you have posted. I think this is because the fit to page setting was set automatically. If you were to view the report in the web viewer, then export to PDF with "actual size" chosen, you'd get the expected output.

Thanks again, Michael. If I upgrade to 2.3 will this fix my problem? I tried exporting to pdf as you suggested and the font size is much better. - jim

Yes, 2.3 no longer had this issue. So, that should solve your problem. You may just try downloading it and copying a couple reports over to it to make sure everything works ok before fully committing to the upgrade.
