"Parameters marker with a ..." not localized.

The notice atop the Enter Parameters dialog, "Parameters marked with a * are required." is not localized. It always appears in English.

Is there a way to make it localized?

This only seems to be a problem in Eclipse. When our reports are deployed and accessed thorugh our application, the "marked with a *..." text is localized correctly.
