How to make inner table and outer table columns align consistently?

Hi All,
I merge outer three details columns into one cell, and create an inner with 3 columns, and put inner table into merged cell, As captured picture at attached, but the column align is not consistent.

Would you like to tell me how to make them consistent?

What is the reason for putting the one table inside the other? Why not just use a single table? I don't see the need based on your screenshot. Let me know.

I see the lines not matching up, but I was looking for an explanation of why you use a table within a table in this case rather than just using one table and grouping. Are you using multiple dataSets? Have you set the width of all columns and the table to match? Can you attach your report design?
