BIRT Engine classloader

Hello, I am trying to run the BIRT Engine from another application. The problem is that my application loads a different version of "js.jar" and, therefore, the BIRT Engine throws an error. Is there a way for the Engine to use its own classloader (well, its own set of libraries from /lib) ?
