Displaying numbers with commas on X-axis
chiku
hi frnds
i am new to Birt reports.
i have one report it display's integer values on X-axis
but if the value exceeds 999 , then it displays the values in formatted form
ex: 1001 is diplyed as 1,001
2456 --> 2,456
plz suggest me how i can avoid this situation , i.e. it has to display simply integer with out formatting.
Thanks & Regards
Chiku.

Hi Chiku,
What version of BIRT are you using? I don't see this in 2.5.1.

hi mwilliams ,
i am using birt-rcp-report-designer-2_2_0
my main focus is to remove those commas from that numbers
which are displaying X-axis.
Thanks & Regards

Chiku,
I don't have 2.2.0, but in 2.2.1, you can go into the chart editor, go to the format chart tab, go to the x-axis section, click on the button next to the "type" dropdown, choose the advanced radio button, and put in a pattern like '#' or '0'. That should remove the comma. Hope this helps. Let me know.
