The Logo Does Not Display while Export to Word

Hi,
In our QA installation, the company logo (image) displays correctly in Birt Report Viewer, while doing Export Report, if export to PDF, the logo still displays correctly, but if export to Word, the logo does not display at all. Please see attachment.

In my own development installation, the logo displays correctly both in export to word and pdf.

Any idea what may cause this issue?

What version of BIRT are you using? I know images aren't supported going to XLS. I'll have to look into the DOC output.

Hi Michael,
I am using BIRT 2.3.0. The image displays correctly in DOC in my development environment, and the problem only occurs in QA environment. I am not sure what difference between the two environments may cause it.

So, the image does display when you choose the DOC output from the designer, just not when you have it in your deployed testing environment? Is this the case?

Hi Michael,
Actually I am using Web Viewer. In my development environment, it is Web Viewer on Tomcat 6, and in testing environment, it is Web Viewer on Websphere.
The image does display when I export to WORD in my development environment, but not in testing environment. Please note the image did display in testing environment before. Do not know what is wrong now.
