webdesk files dosen't show up

In webdesk on the right hand pane the files dosen't show up. Webdeskpro on the other hand works fine. Is there any settings we need to change.
Webdesk was working fine earlier. We recently recreated the entities database. Does it have something to do with it.

Double check you are in the right view.
Webdesk view's are persistant, so if you select 'List Modified Files' for example, you need to explicitly set it back to 'List all files'
Im pretty sure they are the menu labels, havent got teamsite handy to double check.

The issue we are facing is not specific to a particular user. It involves all the users using Teamsite. The users were able to use Webdesk but for some reason nobody is able to view their files on the right hand pane recently.

I am also uploading a couple of screenshots.
If I click on the updirectory image next to the directory image we get the error as shown in one of the screenshots...

in TS 5.0.2 on NT4 and TS 5.5.2 on W2K, we had/have a problem that if there are any leftover TeamSite Templating temporary files in the root directory of that specific workare, then webdesk pro would not display files correctly.
Verify that you don't have any zz_* files in the same folder as 'TemplateData' and 'www'

I noticed a folder named .raw in the same level as the main folder. I am sending a screenshot of the folder structure.

look in:
default/main/toyota/workarea/<yourworkarea>/
or if you have a sub branch
default/main/toyota/www/workarea/<yourworkarea>/
for those zz_ files

I found around four zz_ files in one particular workarea and deleted them. It is still not working. Users in all workareas are unable to access their files through webdesk.
