justify text in table cell problem
aleda81
Hello,
I'm using BIRT 2.3.0
when I have a table in a report, whose cells have justified text, if only fits a word in the same line of the text, when export to pdf, the letter-spacing of the word expands to take up all the width of the cell, while when I export to doc, the letter-spacing doesn't change.
Is there any way to obtain the behavior of doc files in pdf files?
I have attached two example files about that.
Thanks in advance.

Hi aleda81,
Can you attach the simple report design that you used to create these files? I'll run it in later versions of BIRT and let you know if this was just an issue in 2.3.0.

Hello mwilliams
I attach the report design. It's a simple design, its only purpose is show this behavior, which occurs in all reports.
Thanks very much.

The only difference in 2.5.x is that the line of B's is spread out like the line of A's in PDF. This obviously doesn't solve your problem. You can report this as a bug at <a class='bbc_url' href='

: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a> and see what they say.
