Dynamic Image Word Problem

Hi,

I have a problem with word.
I tired to include a dynamic image in a grid. These image has have a fix heigth in pixel and no width set. When I generate a doc document the height of the picture is correct, but the width is about the size of the complete grid-cell.

When I generate a pdf or a html site the width of the picture depends correctly of the width of the image.

Any Idea would be great.
