We're running TS/TST 5.5.2 w/ SP2 on Windows 2000 and using IE 6.
When Previewing a page, if I click on a link such as
http://ben-cmsacc01:2080/htdocs/corporate/vacatures/test_job_1.asp, an empty page is opened that says, "The requested resource is in use." What's more, the title includes the word "Error" and the Address shows:
http://ben-cmsacc01:2080/iw-mount/default/main/t-mobile.nl/WORKAREA/Arizona//htdocs/corporate/vacatures/zz_tst_id005273_0_test_job_1.aspIf I Refresh, same problem. (When not Previewing, clicking on an ASP page from within TS shows "The requested resource is in use" message, but the correct page shows up after I Refresh.)
However, while still Previewing, if I click on a link such as
http://ben-cmsacc01:2080/htdocs/corporate/vacatures/test_job_1.html, the test_job_1.html page is opened correctly, with this in the Address field:
http://ben-cmsacc01:2080/iw-mount/default/main/t-mobile.nl/WORKAREA/Arizona//htdocs/corporate/vacatures/zz_tst_id005273_0_test_job_1.htmlIncidentally, I was told that, to get rid of "The requested resource is in use" problem, I should enable caching. But the "Cache ISAPI applications" checkbox is disabled on the iw-mount Virtual Directory.
I looked in the Interwoven Knowledge Base and I tried to follow the instructions in Article 1332 (which explains "how to configure IIS with ASP pages"). Basically, I created an Application for my workarea. No joy.
In IIS, configuring the TS Web site (the "Default Web Site") to Enable Content Expiration (to Expire Immediately) didn't help either.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
S.
