Flash Chart interactivity fails

Hi,
I get a HTTP ERROR:404 error when I try to drill down from a Flash object to a detail report.I need it open in a new window.Please see attachment.
I tried different ways...1) Call an external report via General--> Interactivity-->Drill Through-->Select a target report(add a .rptdesign)--> No params-->Target Bookmark(already set up in target report).-->New Window.

This did not work...so I added the target report table into the same report and want to do a drill to that section...but it wont open in a new window.

Please advise ASAP

Are these reports made with the sample database? If not, can you recreate your issue with the sample database?
