Upload files via Dreamweaver + Samba

I create a site map in Dreamweaver MX and setup the Local/Network as Remote site (via Samba connection - Solaris 8). When I download the file from Remote to local and then upload the file to the Remote site after made some changes.
The error I am getting is "Access Denied"...However, sometimes the file is transferred OK...so strange.
If the file originally owned by "myself", then I don't have the problem. But if it's owned by someone else...even you are belong to the same group, you will get "Access Denied".

I realise that this is a Dreamweaver type of question but I am wondering any TeamSite users/experts experience this kind of question and have resolved it.
