Issue with e.reports and Spindle Professional

I am in the process of automating reports from SUN accounts (via actuate reports) which then get e-mailed to suppliers.

I have a piece of software from Draycir called Spindle professional. This allows me to use a letterhead template as a form on which to put information. In theory if the background of a report is white or transparent then it should show what is in the form behind.

When I print from a word document it places the text on top of the letterhead. However when I print from the actuate report viewer the only part of the letterhead that shows is a little bit at the bottom where the report finishes. I have tried setting backgrounds of secions, pages and boxes to both white and transparent but this has no effect. Am I missing something?

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
