Cound not Export Report to PDF & PowerPoint

Hi,
When I use domain name and HTTPs to access birt viewer, from Birt Report Viewer, I could not do Export Report to PDF or PowerPoint. However, if I use IP address or HTTP, then there is no such issue with export PDF. Any idea what's wrong or it is a BIRT bug?
I am using BIRT 2.3.0.
