I have a library with data sets that have lots of scripting. This scripting references params values, such as if ( params["INCLUDE_ORG"].value == "Y" ).
I need to create new joint data set, but I'm getting an "Unhandled event loop exception" when trying to use the data sets with scripts. There are also times with I get out of memory errors and the designer must be restarted.
Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to copy a joint data set that I created in a rptdesign and then exported to the library. I then edited the joint data set to put in the appropriate tables. I then received this error:

Can you recreate this issue with the sample database? What is your BIRT version?

after posting I noticed that there are emoticons in the connection string. Not sure how to get rid of them.
I tried to recreate this with the sample database, but could not. I then started eliminating all script logic from the problematic library thinking that maybe the issue was associated with the scripts. I did stop getting the "params" is not defined, but continued to get the Unhandled event loop exception.
I thought that maybe the issue was with the computed columns so I even removed them. Still receveived the Unhandled event loop exception.
The only things that I can think of that are different between the two libraries are the type of DB connection and the version of BIRT in which they were created.
The library with the sample database uses "property name="odaDriverClass">org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.sampledb.Driver</property>" and the problematic one uses "<property name="odaURL">jdbc:oracle:thin:
@server
.server.server.server:port:dbalias</property>"
The library with the sample database was created with my current version of BIRT and the other one with my previous version. I have listed the versions below.

I have zipped the rptlibrary with the sample database as well as the one with the error. I have dummied up the connection string, but left the format alone just in case that might be the issue.
