teamturbo tsadmin gui

Hi i installed team turbo on my teamsite box and then according to the manual there needs to be a new menu item which gets added as team turbo config where i can add the sand boxes and etc.
I am not able to see that menu but i am able to see the sanbox ops in the webdesk.How can i get the menu item onto the tsadmin gui...
