chart render problem

Hi,
I am using blow environment for develop reports
Windows 2003
Birt2.5.1 all in one
tomcat 5.5.26
jdk1.6
i have developed some reports its working fine
i have developed chart its working in preview, but when i try to access trough my web application am getting below error.
please provide solution its very urgent .

Are you deploying the viewer to tomcat? The error you are getting indicates that chart plugins are not being located.

Also what is your build path? Are you starting the BIRT engine or doing stand alone Chart?

Am creating war file from eclipse and deploying under tomcat.
i have copied all the plugins from web viewer example.
