getDefaultValueList Question

I have a Cascading Parameter that is set up something like this:

Year
Week
Date

I want it so that ALL is the default value in Date when the parameter box first shows up and if the user was to select a different week or year that ALL will still be the default in my Date list box.

Is there a way i can write a script in getDefaultValueList for the Date parameter to do this? What would be the syntax? Anybody ever use this?
