page break not correct in subreports

I have got a report which is build up with multiple subreports.
The problem is that the page breaks are not correct because the rows of het lowest level are used to calculate the page break.
So if there are 50 lines in a subreport the page break does not work.
Is there a possibility to get the page breaks correct.
If have used a report based on table's and also one as a list report.
Both have the same problem.
